I think it may be feasible to achieve excellence, efficiency and the feeling of wellbeing in a complementary way through attitudes inherent in the personality of each individual and presented during childhood as enthusiasm, curiosity to discover the world through the senses, the amazement and total concentration on the activity being performed. The resilience to stress is one of the main objectives awakened in the collective consciousness to develop our capacity and continue to maintain the personality of unlimited potential with which we are born.

As a support to achieve this objective I would like to develop the model of a functional workspace that allows the user to enter periods of relaxation and almost immediate recovery, intermittent periods during their working session, allowing evade the activity in which be immersed to restore calm, focus, concentration and visualization from an external perspective of the work to be done, through interaction with nature using the senses with a suitable design of natural and artificial lighting, the use of specific frequencies means of sounds found in natural and meditative environments, vertical gardens focused on growing herbs and aromatic plants, proposed materials and finishes that invite touch and the versatility of a mutable space that encourages the balanced development of the physical, mental aspects and emotional that user or workgroup, so I expect an improvement is achieved in efficient / comprehensive health activity relationship.
