In times of rethinking about the commercial relationships, the use of time and space: coworking, sharing, collaborating is the new trend. Thus was born the Collaborative Store, a commercial space that allows the relationship between the population and small producers, and benefits the small producers by giving visibility to theirs products, through rentals of space and time of exhibition.

The differential is to bring this store as an urban occupation and use it to interrupt the flow and routine of people that moves around the city centers, giving visibility to the small producers, boosting the local economy, and therefore, rethinking the consumption habits. The aesthetics arises from a typical Brazilian solution developed by producers that live near to the roads.

They created a simple structures to expose their products, usually foods and craftwork produced by their families. It’s a small store, a shelter, made by light and cheap materials, like: straw, bamboo, wood… Thinking about the climate factors in Brazil and safety, searches on brazilian’s own architecture solutions, typical elements from the modernism style, which is the most expressive stylistic movement in our country. It applies then, Cobogó and the Brise, elements that allow cross ventilation and natural light inside the store.
